Try connecting the device to a different WiFi network/connection as well. Just go to: Settings > System > About Phone/Tablet > System Update. You can also check if there's an available update for the Yoga Tab 3 tablet as well. To check that, just launch Google Play store > Go to Apps & Notifications/Games > Check for updates. One of the steps that can be performed here is to check if there are any available update(s) for the games/apps that you're using. With this, you need to re-download those apps again from Google Play store so that you can use/launch them again. Just to give you a heads up, performing a factory reset will erase all data that you have on the device.
Can you tell us the exact message (error) that you're getting when you try to sign in/connect to Facebook?. Does this also happens when you play other games on the tablet aside from Candy Crush?.
